WWB CLUBS

In order for South Sudan to benefit from the wrestling sport, it is highly recommended that the game be professionalized, privatized, commercialized, popularized and internationalized.
Therefore, WWB has been endeavouring to upgrade wrestlers from their traditional settings to the modern world standard sportspersons. And it is through the formation of private clubs from across the states. In this way, Peace will be likely achieved as the clubs will mix the players from various communities. To de-communitize wrestling, WWB has proposed the following:

GUWAD

‘Guwad’ is an Arabic word for ‘powers’ or ‘strengths’, and is an English acronym for Greater United Wrestling Agents for Development. Guwad is divided into three wrestling ‘powers’ as follows:

BEGUWA Club

This is an Arabic phrase meaning ‘by strength or force’. It stands for ‘Bahr-el-Ghazal United Wrestling Agency’.

This is also Arabic for power, force or strength, and, in full, it stands for ‘Greater Upper Nile Wrestling Agency’.

Is another Arabic adjective for ‘strong or powerful’. It is an acronym for ‘Greater Equatoria Wrestling Initiative’.
